Only few movies old and actor Ranveer Singh showed his acting prowess. His ‘Devdas’ act from the movie ‘Ram Leela’ gets standing ovation from filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali. To impress Bhansali was not an easy task. He is a perfectionist and if his actors do not work to the mark of perfection, he is not impressed but Ranveer Singh in his first take has won the heart of the filmmaker.
A scene requires Ranveer Singh to drunk and act. Ranveer intakes few glasses of alcohol to get his scene perfect and what’s magical is that he got the expression and scene totally correct. In a single take, he got the difficult scene perfect. He not only got standing ovation from the director and the film unit but moved Sanjay Leela Bhansali into tears with his act.
It was a difficult act and Ranveer was very convincing. The maker has released the first look of ‘Ram Leela’ and it was spectacular. Ranveer donned a big moustache and Deepika wore ghangra choli. It is heard that Sanjay was totally smitten with Deepika’s beauty.
Apart from ‘Ram Leela’, Deepika is shooting Rohit Shetty’s ‘Chennai Express’ with Shahrukh Khan and Ayan Mukherjee’s ‘Yeh Jaawani Hai Deewani’ opposite Ranbir Kapoor.
Ranveer’s hand is also full. He is shooting ‘Gunday’, ‘Lootera’.
