The beautiful bubbly Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor turned sweet and seductive thirty two today.
Kareena aka Bebo was born to the famous Kapoor clan of the Bollywood industry. Papa Randhir Kapoor and mama Babita were renowned actor and actress of the silver screen. Her elder sister Karishma Kapoor too scorched the big screen. Therefore it was almost pre destined that Bebo will choose the world of films in the tinsel town. Baby Bebo was born on 21st September 1980 with a ticket to stardom.
However, things were not too easy. The Kapoor clan never approved of its women folk to step into the world of glamour and glitz. It was Lolo (Karishma Kapoor) who was the rebel in the family and she was aptly supported by her mother Babita. Kareena followed in her footsteps.
Due to their discord Kareena’s parents lived separately though they were not officially divorced. Babita lived at Lokhandwala with the daughters and did lot of small jobs to support the family. Later on the parents reconciled and now live happily together. Kareena once stated that though she missed her father during her growing years, he is now an important factor in her life.
Kareena debuted in Bollywood with the J.P. Dutt film ‘Refugee’. Though the film was not a hit, she managed to win the attention of the critics and fans alike. Interestingly she was supposed to debut with the Rakesh Roshan film ‘Kaho na Pyar hai’. Due to some dispute she withdrew from the film and it went on to become a mega hit.
Few of her big hits are Kabhi khushi kabhi gam, Chameli, Ajnabee, Omkara, Jab we met, Don, 3 Idiots, Golmaal 3, Bodyguard and Ra One etc.
Kareena Kapoor is all set to tie the nuptial knot with her long term sweet heart Saif Ali Khanthis year. Though much of the details of the marriage are not forthcoming, we can safely assume it will be a gala event befitting the celebrities. No doubt she is excited about it, like any other bride to be.
Her mega movie ‘Heroine’ also got released today. The box office results will soon be out. We hear Bebo had done a great job in the movie and we have seen her doing the extensive promotion for the film. She is taking a break now after all the hard work and has flown to London to celebrate her birthday.
